Mrs. Quinn has taught 1st and 2nd and 3rd grade here at Franklin School and she is currently teaching 5th. Mrs. Quinn received her Masters in Elementary Education from NAU recently and holds her Elementary Certification. Mrs. Quinn has taken numerous college classes and is Spalding 1 and 2 Certified.
