*Under the Federal No Child Left Behind (NCLB)Act of 2001, Title 1 Schools are required to provide parent notification when a teacher does not meet the requirements of a highly qualified professional  as outlined in NCLB legislation. While Franklin has never had to report employment of a non-highly qualified teacher, we do make information available to all parents concerning teacher qualifications.  If, at anytime, you wish to review the professional qualifications  of any of our teachers or staff members, please visit the Jr. High office. We will be glad to direct you to the folder containing all of this information.* Pursuant to ARS 38-431.02, Franklin School hereby states that all notices of meetings will be noted in the school newsletter and on this website.  Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting. Meeting agendas will be posted in the office window at least 24 hours prior to meetings.
